INITIAL ASSESSMENT
$75 for an hour
Intake form completed by client: includes name, address, doctor, phone number, medications, medical diagnosis. First initial assessment of your feet: looking at bottoms, tops, and sides of feet; nails.
FOLLOW-UP
$50 per follow-up
Cleansing feet, trimming and filing nails, applying nail tinctures fungus if necessary, reducing thickened nails, wedge resection of ingrown nails, removal of calluses and/or corns, using foot foam to provide moisture.
